Here's a very simple sketch I did whilst finishing watching Grey's Anatomy Season 3. T'was awesome.

If you watch the show - you may actually recall the quote - and who said it. I love that show - I work in a hospital, and it'd be oh-so-effing-great if pretentious-twats that work in the health industry would get off their high horse and stop bad mouthing the accuracy/believability of the show.
It's a television program, half-wits!

Besides - I don't see too much 'wrong' with it - and ppl should recall - it's set outside Australia. I mean - the doctor ranks, alone, are a fact I soon picked up on that is different.
There's no such thing as 'attending' in Australia. At least, to my knowledge, thus far.

Anyway, that's Meredith, if you can't tell by the hair. It wasn't my best likeness sketch, I can tell - but I wasn't trying to be too perfect, for once.
The ones I've done on the Gilmore Chix, coming soon, are rather like the pics I sketched. ^^
